  My family was so glad to have Christine take care of my grandmother's funeral. She is very caring and passionate about her work. She is an expert in Hindu funerals and our family was able to carry out all the rituals as we desired with Christine's help. Thank you so much Christine! We would not have been able to have such a beautiful funeral if it weren't for you and Ruby Memorial!

  Christine helped my family with burial service for my father, late Shri Nanubhai N Mistry on February 5th, 2017. We had Hindu cremation service for my father. She has done outstanding job before, during and after the burial service. She is very professional, courteous, accommodating and polite. She always answered our phone calls and questions, as we were novice when it came to such a difficult situation of dealing with end of life for a close family member. She made the entire process easy and comfortable for me and my family. I am very happy to say that Christine is the best person for burial service and also glad that we chose her.

  At a time in your life when you are most vulnerable, such as when making final arrangements for a loved one, it is heartening to do business with a memorial services specialist who puts your individual feelings, concerns and preferences first. This describes how Christine at Ruby Memorial does business. After the recent passing of a family member, Christine took the time to familiarize herself with our family and the deceased and helped us choose an appropriate and dignified memorial cremation option despite our financial limitations. She was thorough and professional in discussing our best options, but also thoughtful and understanding as we grieved our loss. It made an unpleasant moment in time much easier to cope with. The memorial planning experience historically can be impersonal, confusing and costly; that simply wasn't the case with Christine and Ruby. By all means, consider this business when it is needed.

  I recently attended a funeral organized by Ruby Memorial Funeral Home for my close friend's father . Funerals are tough, especially for the grieving family . But I must say that Cristine from Ruby Memorial is gifted and extremely caring. She handled the family's sentiments and feelings so well and also went out of her way to make sure that all the rituals were performed per their expectations. Her compassionate and friendly demeanor made a very sad occasion a bit less difficult and traumatizing than it might otherwise have been.Based on my personal experience,I highly recommend Ruby Memorial for anyone in need during such a difficult time.
